I second Anzan. Had a problem completing a d/l on the 3rd day of a 3 day weekend, and Reba got back to me pretty promptly (given the DAZ weekend jinx, I am assuming she had a lot of e-mail Tuesday morning). Set up a non-expiring page, etc. So it seems like an exception...sadly, I know if I was in your shoes, that fact would probably frustrate me more ;-) Of course, the real solution ought to be DAZ getting their tech straightened out...how many weekends go by withot a post here from someone with a DAZ d/l problem?
