I again second Anzan...the customer service you get with DAZ (and R'osity, RuntimeDNA and CL, in my experience) is just leagues beyond what you get with so many other companies, including many bricks-and-mortar operations. I'm sure things will work out for Lyne, hopefully sonner instead of later.
