Thank you to everyone that helped me with this! I think that several of you tried to tell me in different ways how to do this, but it was finally Eowyn's advice that helped me to get rid of the plastic wrapped arms and upper chest. So thanks again everyone, especially Eowyn. Here's a pic of the catsuit in action. I am actually kind of shy about sharing my artwork, so I help that you like it. :)
