Hello again. I got an answer from Orio, it is the following: _________________________________________________________ Mine neither works, Guitta. There are workarounds though. To load, browse through directories. This lets you select files. To save, right-click on file name and choose convert. All options are there. Awkward, and time consuming, for sure, but the above works. __________________________________________________________ Not a really good solution, but we can make it work while waiting for an answer from RH.
