This is the place to post your banner if you want to have it considered for the contest. You can post to this thread until Wecnesdy Night at around 12 PM Eastern US time.

On Thursday we can start the vote to see whose artwork will be the first thing people see when they come into this forum for the next 3 months.

Pant! Pant! Okay, okay, Hi guys. I hope I'm not that late. This is the first time I'm joining such a contest. I'm from the other side of the world. Deliveries are late from here :-( If my entry can't be accepted coz of the deadline, a little critical feedback about my work will do. Too bad I was away for 3 weeks. DV8

Well, all photoshop...used 16 layers - even used some old maps and stuff :)

hey slynk....good idea doing galaga...if I were to do it i'd get a whole differnt perspective on it...maybe from below, top..or a sideways angle...or put lotsa details in the characters themselves....but less detail is always cool too (keeps true to the main design)..anyhoo...cant wait...and wow rork...looks very lord of the rings...nice once...

Oh... I forgot. This is pure Photoshop with no 3rd party plug-ins, or filters. That was the challenge I set more myself when I started.

I enjoy using filters sometimes, but I only used what came with Photoshop in my entry. :)

Didn't mean to say they're bad, but just that the really usefull KTP filters aren't very difficult to do yourself :)
