heya; if you have p4, i would suggest doing it in painter 3d se. that's the easiest way to see what you're doing. you could also just paint on the flat texture maps in any paint program. (make sure you save it with a new name!) adding a mask to a figure is as easy as parenting a mask prop to the head. actually MAKING a mask is somewhat more difficult ;) you can model one in any 3d app that will export obj or 3ds files. there is also a way to select polygons of the figure's face with the grouping tool, and spawn a prop from that... er, check the manual for details.
