It wasnt really much Michelle, and if I knew I was gonna post it I would have taken more time. The main element was using a clear dirty film frame we made here at work. Then it was blended in with a combination of layers, duplicating the original and mixing them up some. Actually I dont exactly remember. One was an overlay, one a color burn. Just kept adjusting the type of layer and the opacity amount. I sharpened the hell out of one of the original image layers to give it that hard contrast look. I should have yellowed the edges some, and put a tear in it, but thats where I stopped. Im glad you liked it! :~)
