c-murder? Isn't he literally in jail for murder? Oh well, no one'll be photoshopping and new album covers for him for awhile. The liquify tool as far as I can tell is a replica of a KPT6 filter. Can't remember the name of hte filter, but it essentially made blobs and such. I can't see where it's done there personally.
