Spinner, Imagine is windows based (don't ask me about Xp). At one point, Impulse talked to port it to the Mac in the future. So you know it ? The renderer is nice right ? I think, according to the galleries that I've seen, that in raytracing, it produces an output superior to Lightwave, when radiosity is not involved. Just talk about the raytracer engine here, not extra plugin. I guess that this kind of discussion, "which one is better" you already had it ten thousand times right?. I also have Lightwave, but I am just a newbye, I cannot really compare. I will probably switch very often to the lightwave forum, but as I said before, right now, I produce most of my pictures in Imagine or Imagine+Bryce. Is there somebody else using imagine here ?
