I believe those are Pentium 4 Xeons (which carry a bigger price tag). The Intel Site says they're not making dual vanilla (non-Xeon) Pentium 4's. Pentium 4's and Athalons are in the $200-300 range, Xeons start there are go upward. Also the motherboards for Xeons tend to be a bit pricier.
