The shine on the skin is a simple highlight setting achieved by setting the highlight color of the 'SkinBody' and 'SkinHead' element to a mediaum-dark grey and a 60% strength. Apart from painting in the slime and a bit of smudging around her left knee to compensate for the extreme bend, there is very little postwork in this image.
