I've had a LOT of experience at this. To export your geometry, follow these steps: 1. Load the character in Poser and use the joint editor to zero it. That doesn't zero everything so select Body and manually zero the dials and make sure the scale dials are set to 100%. Then select the hip or equivalent (the top body segment in the hierarchy) and zero the dials there and set the scale dials to 100%. 2. Export the geometry to where you want it. There are two checkboxes that should be selected. I can't remember exactly what they say but one tells poser to include a group name for each body part, the other tells it to weld the body parts together. If you download one of my free conversion kits for Davo's figures, they have a sort of mini tutorial on this part of the process. 3. Modify the cr2 to use the external geom. I usually creat a new cr2 using a phi file (made with PHI Builder) and then just copy the geometry section of the new cr2 and paste it over the geometry section of the old one. On occasion I've done it manually. Posette or any of the Poser 4 cr2s should show you the desired syntax. Essentially, you just take the obj lines (they look like lots of numbers) out of your old cr2 and replace them with geomhandler statements. A reference to your new obj must be included at the start and finish of the geometry section. Hope that helps.
