heyas; daz recently started doing automated downloads, and there was a glitch in the system a few weeks ago (when stephanie came out). i didn't get a link on my order page, or in my email that was supposed to have a link in it. however.... somebody mentioned you can go to your order history page and get download links, and i found my download there, and it didn't have to be fixed. to do that, you need to sign up with an 'account' at daz, when you place your order. (and not pay by check, those apparently aren't in your order history.)
