Subject: DAZ has outstanding Customer Service!

Just thought I had to post after hearing so much negativity!
I mailed my Steph info last night, knowing all the DAZie's would be tucked in bed, and finally got my response a little while ago. BUT!!!! I was accessing my mail remotely from work and the server crashed wipping out my Entire InBox!! I never even got to read any of the messages (only important one I saw was from DAZ)

I e-mailed them as soon as the system was back up and guess what? Within about 15 min I had a response and am now set to update Stephanie when I get home tonight!

I can't think of anytime that I have had a 'bad-experiance' with DAZ (or any on line stores for that matter). Just be respectful in your wording, have all needed info in order, and have a little patiance (something I am not always know for myself..)

Thanks DAZ Team!!!

Having bought about 15000-2000 dolloars worth of stuff i can say that thoughout all those purchases I have been taken care of very quickly and effectively. True i have had a problem or two, but the daz team, especially reba, has always come thru with a good and solid fix. lalverson

My experience has been almost all positive with them too. There were a few glitches with my first purchases but they were resolved quickly.

Had no problems ever and I am happy about that. I sent my Steph Update request this morning and recieved the response half an hour ago. I live in germany and so I think regarding the timedifference that it was a fast response. Friederike

Considering how many people were probably eligible for Steph and the number of people now wishing to get the update, I think the response time from Daz has been fantastic. I set in my information early this morning requesting my link for the Steph update. I honestly expected up to a 72 hour wait. No problem. With the sheer number of people that is what I expected. I check my email this afternoon and my link is already there. THAT is service. There are going to be bumps in the cyber-road from time to time. It happens. Afterall, the cyber-road was created by people and we all know how they can be. But the people at Daz are good people. They do seem to go out of their way to try and get the customer what is needed. And they are trusting. Perhaps, too trusting in today's environment. That is a conscious decision they have made to try and serve their customers better. It is also another example of how good they are. So, put aside the talk about price-gouging (Ridiculous) or the occassional server burp or the "no maps with the model" complaints (For their prices?) or the "who the hell needs another female model" complaints (You can never have too many females ;-) ). It is a good company comprised of good people and I think they should be dealt with and treated as such... even when that bump or burp shows up. I had planned to post my own thread after finding my link so quickly, but I decided to just hijack this one for second. Hope you don't mind. Take care and be well. casamerica

Since Daz has great service and products it would be great to see thier stuff on 3ds max or lightwave than just have thier products for just poser. Daz products is what keeps poser alive.

DAZ rocks! I've had nothing but excellent customer service from them. Here's to DAZ!

Hey Bonespro...their other company is Zygote and they sell stuff for Lightwave and 3ds max...but a lot more expensive..Daz has been great...I have bought lot stuff over the years when it was Zygote..and now DAZ and have never had a problem.. When I did have a problem once..it was taken care of and they sent me a voucher. A true class company..I ordered my Pro Pak on a weekend and it was in my hands on Tuesday...
