Open your downloaded zip file with for instance winzip.There is most likely a "read me" file, with directions to where you should put your files. But in general the .obj files go into your Poser/runtime/geometry-folder hair files go into your Poser/runtime/library/hair folder and the texture/transmaps go into your Poser/runtime/texture foler.
