Well, being an understanding type of person (oh...give me a break!) I didn't need the character yet, but now I'm going to need it shortly, so I figured I've been pretty patient but before I go off the deep end I'd ask what you (vendors and those more experienced than myself) consider reasonable. Thanks for all your input, the problem is that I don't want my money back, I really like the character and it is usable but not in closeups which is a major bummer.
