I have the HP 1200C Printer, An Epson 600, and a Lexmark 3200. In my experience with these printers the Lexmark takes first with the Epson close behind it. The HP doesn't come close in my opinion. I now use HP for simple prints and black and white because in black/white mode it looks like a laser, and for high detailed/resolution pics I use the Lex and then the Epson. My 2 cents .....
