Maybee a solution could be to use Objaction Mover from Maz. If i'm correct then the program creates a new file from the differences between the original file and the your modified. This way you could post the original-file and sell the additions. Then your file and the original can pasted together while running the file trough ObjactionMover in which the reference original-file has to be located onto the harddrive.
