A poseable item of clothing is really a poseable figure (as far as Poser is concerned). If you can create a figure from scratch, you can create poseable clothing from scratch. I've attached a link to a beginner-level tutorial I wrote that walks you through creating a figure from scratch. This might help you get started in the right direction, although I will warn you it is extremely no-frills. This tutorial requires anim8or, which is a freeware modeling package available at www.anim8or.com. It also uses the PC version of UVMapper (www.uvmapper.com) to divide the mesh. One thing to remember is that when you divide the mesh, you should use the same body part names as the figure you wish the clothing to conform to. Also remember that a child part can only have one parent part, which can affect the way you need to divide up the mesh. As for textures, someone else will have to help with that; my idea of a texture is more along the lines of Color = Red. Heh.
