I found this free toy about a year ago and I have been spending all day trying to locate it and get you the address - but no luck!. Perhaps you will be able to find it Pattern Maker V2.04 by Stallings and Stallings. This thing is cool, it will bring in an image(s)and make patterns similar to wall paper bolts or of cloth - make all your rotations on 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 , 3/4, mirror, turns, spacing, groupings, tiles, you name it etc. The Example above is by using one image - as you see in the screen capture of the interface.
