Well, I downloaded it and installed it right over my installation, and didn't have to re-enter any information, so that was good. Yes, the Open and Save features work now. Unfortunately, I can't apply any textures. In the Maps box, even after browsing to and selecting an image file, the "Apply" button refuses to highlight, and it is not possible to apply a texture.
