Lady, you might try Anton's method for adjusting eye position (I think it was looking out 3 degrees on the sides and up 3 degrees, he gave them as negative numbers) because most human eyes aren't exactly parallel in focus, and with the head held slightly down, the eyes would look upwards. If she is "lost in thought", the slightly out-of-focus look might help convey that. Carolly
