The Meshfactory (http://www.meshfactory.com/) has many excellent cars, tanks, airplanes, buildings, household items and the like in a variety of formats. 3ds and the textures they supply work well with Poser and the quality is very high. A few are broken, but most work.

Individual models are quite expensive, but you have buy a subscription for $159 a year that allows you to have unlimited access to all of the models. I consider it one of the best values out there.
