As far as suspension hop goes, yes, it probably could be done with ik chains. I really didn't take into account anyone wanting to use it for animations, so I didn't even seperate the rear wheels, which you wouldn't need to move for stills. I tried to keep it as easy to use as possible. If you go clicking around on it you won't accidentally select and move any parts you normally wouldn't want to for renders. I will keep it in mind for future cars however.
