There should be a dialogue box for "store relative path" "store absolute path" somewhere in your archiving program. I'm using WinRAR to make my zip files, so my exact way of doing it probably won't help you. I believe R'osity has a tutorial on setting up zips for the marketplace that would be perfect, problem is the only link I know of is at the top of the entrance to the Merchant's forum... which is not accessable unless you're already selling something!
