Ooh, you set upon one of my pet peeves as well... For packageing though I have a runtime folder setup on my desktop, whjen I package for a download I copy my folders into the appropriate matching folder - eliminate or add folders as needed and zip it up. I also keep all my readme's in a folder with the company name and each readme file has the product/download name on it now. Those read me's that overwrite each other drive me crazy as well.
