You may also have to do what I did the other night. It is possible that XP is not running Poser correctly. I upgraded to Win2K and couldn't run Poser at all. I had to install the software compatibility tool and set Poser to run under WinNT 4 sp3. That did the trick. Of course, I am not sure if XP works the same way, but it is an option
