It was exciting to see such a rapid customer growth on this, but that excitment has lead to nightmare. I have had a few customers that have had no problems with it, but they are a small group in comparison to the complaints I have recieved. If you were part of the minority then the product would still be available, as it is I could not risk marring my reputation further by leaving the product in the store. I am going to continue to try to resolve these issues, but I am unsure of the future of this product due to the response I have recieved so far. Don't get me wrong, this definatly seems to be something people want, it's just that the reputation this now has will be a large hurdle to overcome in the future. I hope to overcome this, but only you, my customers will be able to decide that.
