Nukeboy, there is a file named VBRun60sp5.exe that you can get from M$ that will install/update all of those files for you (the sp5 is the service pack for the dev environment, it should match which ever version the developers are using....hopefully 5 since it is the current one). The verison of Dev software I use allows me to distribute those files as part of the installation (that particular one is 1M in size). I think all version os Vis. Studio allow this, but I might be mistaken. A properly created installer should call this file automatically during installation. If the installer is not doing this, then shame on the person building the installation program. Of course, for free software, we should be forgiving....if someone collects cash as a result, they should be doing it the right way. eric
