C3PO and Episode 1 Anakin (fully clothed) are easy; try Posergamers. John Malis has done a number of Star Wars characters, including those two.

If you need additional droids, stormtroopers, sandtroopers, Jawas, Vader, Yoda, Qui-Gon Jinn, Jar-Jar, etc., you can find them at 3D Poser.com.

Sci-Fi 3D is another good source of Star Wars character meshes, although none are Poser-ready.

Boba Fett, Jango Fett, and Mandalorians in general are more of a challenge. I know there are meshes out there, but few people seem to be sharing. I can't find one in .obj format, but Carlo DeCesare has an excellent mesh in .3ds format at 3D Cafe (bobafet1.zip). It's shown in the render above. Imports into Poser flawlessly, although it'll drive you mad asking for dozens of nonexistant texture maps.
