Okay.... You CAN shorten the SanFrancisco hair to shoulder length, but it begins to do funky things. My advice: If the California hairstyle is what you're looking for, get it. You can never have too many varieties of hair, and if you still want the SF hair later, then just save your pennies. I really hope this helped you.
