You model then in a 3d program same as any other morph target. Apply them to the head just like your adding any other morph target, and when they are applied, the targets will respond to any MIMIC pose file you already have created. All you need is the correct target names for the mouth positions, MIMIC doens't care what the character looks like only that the targets are there for it to manipulate. Hope this explains it a little better.
