Hello Tilandra, You already got some pretty good answers here, but just to be nmore specific, Vue can animate water, yes, but it's the material (procedural) which gets animated, and not the water itself. You can make a pretty decent water splash with the terrain editor and a water material, but since you can't really "deform" the terrian in a more traditional sence, like you could with, say metaballs, you would also have to rely heavily on animated materials to get the effect. As for the poser import thing, I do believe the demo allows for it, but I'm not 100% certain. There have been a few people with the problem you describe. E-on's official answer for this is to find your "poser.exe" file and rename it in Widows explorer to poser.exe Yes, same name and not a typo, but for some strange reason that has worked for people. Doing that will in no way "harm" your Poser install, and is perfectly safe. Another thing is, Vue cannot import a Poser object if Poser is still open at the time. Why? I have no idea, but that's the way it is, unfortunately. Maybe because it has to read something in the .exe file? So if you've had Poser running when you've tried, that is probably the reason for the error.
