As an addendum to fishnoses notes, if you have already adjusted any of the other limbs scaling you should adjust the catsuit to match, as the bones set-up is affected by scale. Then do what fishnose suggests. If conforming absolutely wont work properly you could pull the catsuit`s mesh about with magnets, to get it to cover the offending areas. Not ideal but it does the job.
