The person doing it is perfectly ok in doing what he is doing. Nobody forces anyone to buy or even look, so I don't see the harm in it. Yes it is a free program, but it still takes time for the person to create the images so, if somebody see's the images and thinks, 'hey that may save me some time' then I don't see the harm in it.
