The 3D Comic Collective has a Black Ops soldier among its characters. I don't know if it'll do, but it might be a start. You might also check their Props section for a collection of masks, one of which resembles a ski-mask.
GreyLight has a set of night-vision goggles. Look in the Poser Archives under Headgear.
