It is supposed to allow a way to "bank" your library files, and change banks on the fly, so to speak. Basically, an easy way to organize your characters and poses etc. I know this isn't a very good explanation, but it should give you an idea anyway. The attached thread has a blurb from the author, hogwarden that describes it better.
