Hi Anthony, we are in Australia and deal regularly with USA suppliers by Mastercard and Visacard. One solution is to apply to a bank for a small limit Master or Visa CC account or arrange for a trusting friend or relative to order for you and reimburse them in cash. There are other methods such as sending money by Western Union (expensive fee 22% applied) or post a bank draft in US currency, the banks love writing them and charging a fat fee. OT but you wouldn't survive long here without plastic cards, our banks/ public phones/ petrol pumps/ utility accounts/ public transport/ libraries/ doctors/ all require some form of plastic card these days, even our bank transactions are all done by "hole in the wall" card machines or wait in a 30 people plus,long queque for teller service.
