This is the fifth WIP texture for the P4, and as soon as I get some seam issues worked out, I'll be able to release these in Freestuff as a set. But gotta tell you, after all this, I have only the highest respect for anyone who tackles these.

Another view. I realize there's a crink in the shoulder, but these tests are all with as little post work on the figure as possible.

Fantastic and exactly what I've been looking for and never finding. Morphs included??? Or tips on where to find them? These guys are stupendous. Especially right now when Posette seems to be enjoying a rebirth. Emily

All of the morphs are available from DuaneMoody's site, but you have to work them in concert and in really small increments. This one uses three (Clay, Brandan, and Silvio) in combinations as small as .15 while working with some of the other head dials as well in equally small steps. As a status report, and to show how frustrating these things can be, I found that the texture map on the Poser content disk for the P4Guy isn't laid out correctly, which is leading to some serious matching problems in the gen/no-gen hip area. So I'm now building a texture map schematic that is correct (I'm sure someone else out there already has as well, but this'll be mine to work from). I've spent about three hours already this morning (and it's only 8:30 here...) trying to get this thing to work, with little success. But it's a highly detailed map, so now I can see what it's like for people like Sydd who really know what they're doing.......

Almost got it done now. Still a few crinks here and there, but the boy's looking good. One of the intruiging things in this is the pre-painted shadowing, which is a lot more pronounced than on any of the others, and yet still seems to work pretty well. It may run into some problems if things are underlit, but we'll deal with that when the time comes, right?

Virtual, Lookin good! I have two little quibbles, there's a strong orangish cast to the upper chest (pectoral?) area that doesn't agree with the rest fo the figure, and perhaps toning down the shadoeing on the chest/torso might be good. I find both those things a litle distracting visually. But aside from that it looks really good :) Face closeup? :) Lyrra

One face shot, as requested.

I've plundered Duane's site before-- and a mini tutorial, ok, a long read me, with the set would be sooo helpful. He'd look good in Daz's blunt cut. Em
