Here's a link to the Stanford files. It about a 30MB download and there are well over 200 bvh's in it. Close to 300 from what I remember. There is no information in the read-mes about distribution, copyright or anything other than technical notes (which you should read). Or, you could go into the Marketplace here and pay for them.
