I often use notepad to do quick edits in Poser files, rather than load a program. I find it helpful to use a copy filename to clipboard utility or copy a path from explorer. That means, I use the absolute references. I use Windows exclusively so Mac compatibility isn't a problem and I usually don't move things around. Maybe it's a quirk, but I never liked the : notation. Just my personal preference. JHoagland, you're too good a programmer to be continually sniping at other people's work. The fact thet the 'faulty' MAT Pose editting program allows absolute references as a valid option (off by default) is a feature, not a fault. One can choose to use it or not. Your work should stand on its own merits, without continually bad mouthing the competition. At least confine it to your product literature by presenting an honest comparison of features. I don't mean this to be negative, it's just that this is at least the 3rd or 4th time you've used the forum to do this.
