Can I ask a dumb question? Had you tried loading the dragon? Sometimes if a figure isn't installed right, you get an error message that gives you a clue where the parts should be. Do you have the original file you got when you bought the dragon? You can install that. If you don't have it, then contact DAZ. You can consult your order histroy for the invoice number and stuff you'd need. DAZ is very helpful. Ron
