You know to be honest with you, from start to finish, it is best to use the manual, it really is not bad, takes you through the steps, pretty much in order of use. Try Poserarcana, great tutorials there, or even ours, but ours is specific regarding how to make an object poseable, so I don't think it will be much use to you now, but maybe later. It does point out some things that are good to know and helps you understand what is what in Poser.
