I've always recommended Eowyn's Shari (for Victoria), and have used it in one image in my gallery. She has two versions, a free one and one with extras in the Marketplace. Both render very well under strong light and don't require a lot of post-work to look good. :) You can DL the free one at The Attic, or check the Marketplace for the commercial version.
