Okay Tempest. I wasn't sure how to post a pic here in the forum, so I did a quick and dirty render and posted it in what's new to try to get some kind of ethereal effect and show you what I was talking about. The first layer of the Dolphins was a vari reflection glass .mat and a second duplicate layer was a fog and cloud mat called spirit. Your best bet is going to be to play with materials until you find something that's close, and then going into the materials editor and playing with it some more.
