You have to do many tryals to get exactly what you want. Here is just a sample. 1. Create some trs (or whatever). Do not copy/past trees, but create individuals, otherwise they will look all the same:-(. I have created 7 trees for this sample. Select them all! 2.Open the Scatter/Replicate window and configurate what you want. Here I used the Replicate. Don't forget that in Vue, X, Y and Z works a different way as usual (see image 4). Click OK. 3.Now you get, (in my sample, 5x7 trees) the number of replicates you have choosen. At least, and that's important: before you group your objects (trees), select them all, bring them over your terrain. Then click the "drop to ground" icon to make them all sit at the right place on your terrain, following the different levels. Only now you may group them. Have fun and try, try, try!:-) Guitta
