Well I make both In Paint Shop Pro... shrugs So I guess any other halfway decent paint program can handle it. They aren't that hard to make (altough templates surley help while doing transmaps.) For bump maps I just turn the texture negativ and bump up the contrast. (using Pro Pack) And transmaps are nothing more then b&W pics of the texture, white where you want a texture to show up, black where yu don't want a texture to show up...
