Yes the sets are similar but I can only find one identical setting in all the pages of his "evidence" now how many different settings are we talking about here? maybe a couple of hundred or more and he could only find one that's the same! But anyway the point I'm making here is not whether Bebop copied his set or not. I'm not denying Blackhearted put a lot of work into his set. The point I'm making is that you cannot copyright light sets and to be honest, Hiram, no offense intended, but I'm more inclined to believe the legal department and the president of Curious labs judgement when they say you cannot "copyright dial settings or content/part of the Poser program." than your judgement.
