If you are using PhotoShop you can take the existing hair texture and change the color you want by first taking the saturation point to zero and reapplying color through the menus: 1.) Image>Ajust>Hue/Saturation -By using the middle Saturation slidder create a setting of -100, You should have an RGB grayscale-looking image. 2.) Image>Ajust>Variations - Here you can change the hair color on a number of levels - highlights, midtones, shades, and hues or for quick and dirty use Image>Ajust>Color balance. If you are using PaintShop Pro I am not familiar with the program, but I am sure someone here in the forum will be able to tell you how to create the same affect and results.
