Hi Mehndi, I really didn't want to add anything to this post, but I do have to clear up this last little bit. I know of the Infografica model bank. The complete truth is that Tom did, indeed create all those figures. Before they were on the model bank, they were sold directly from Viewpoint for several hundred dollars a piece under the Imagination Works lable. That's where I first saw them. That was around 94 or 95, I think. Eventually Tom marketed them through Infografica's model bank (that's where I also purchaced them - on an "any 5 models for a fixed price" special). The d'Espona split with Infografica, the model bank went in two directions...one went with d'Espona and the other stayed with Infografica who then sold it to Viewpoint. In any case, it's my understanding that Imagination Works still owns the rights to all those models and I don't think there is any wrong doing in that case. -Steve
